Mental health is an integral aspect of our overall well-being, influencing how we navigate challenges, form relationships, make decisions, and lead productive lives.
As Paulinians, our values and beliefs guide us towards understanding and supporting mental health awareness.
The quote from Deuteronomy 31:8: “He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged”, serves as a reminder of faith and strength during difficult times. It encourages us not to succumb to fear or discouragement but to find resilience and courage in our faith.
The Paulinian Mental Health Calendar provides a structured approach to nurturing our mental well-being throughout the week. This calendar likely includes activities such as mindfulness exercises, self-care practices, opportunities for reflection, and resources for seeking support if needed. By following this calendar, Paulinians can prioritize their mental health and develop strategies for maintaining balance and resilience.
By coming together as a community, we can promote and cultivate a culture of good health and well-being. Through awareness, understanding, and support, we can create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to prioritize their mental wellness.
